With over 22 years of full-time experience in residential, commercial, and land real estate, I bring a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to every transaction. As a second-generation REALTOR® and lifelong Dayton-area resident, I’m proud to be part of the family-run Amlin Advantage team at RE/MAX Alliance, working alongside my sister and business partner, Carli Amlin. My role doesn’t stop there; I stay closely involved through inspections, financing milestones, and final walk-throughs—all the way to the closing table and that exciting moment when keys are in hand. For our sellers, I lead our pre-listing strategy and marketing efforts, combining thoughtful preparation, pricing insight, and property positioning to ensure their home stands out and sells with maximum impact from day one.
